CleanworksPNW terms of service details

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cleanworkspnw.com (the “Site”) and the commercial cleaning services offered by CleanworksPNW (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of this website

You may use this Site to learn about our services, request a quote, and contact us. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting infrastructure, or any customer systems.
  • Submit malicious content, automated spam, or false information through our contact or quote forms.
  • Reproduce, republish, or redistribute content from this Site without our written permission (see “Intellectual property” below).

Services and quotes

The service descriptions on this Site are provided for general informational purposes and are not a binding quote, contract, or guarantee of a specific result. The scope, frequency, and price of any cleaning service are determined in a written agreement after an on-site consultation.

Any quote we provide through this Site or in conversation is an estimate and is subject to confirmation following an on-site assessment of your facility’s size, condition, and specific requirements. Final pricing is set out in the service agreement you sign before work begins.

Our EPA-certified sterilization protocol delivers a 99.99% virus kill and 90-day residual surface protection. Outcome claims for this and any other service describe the protocol followed; actual results depend on facility conditions, traffic, and ongoing maintenance between scheduled cleanings.

Service area and scheduling

We provide commercial cleaning services in Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Cheney, and Airway Heights in Washington, and in Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls in Idaho. We do not publish a physical street address because we are a service-area business; we come to your facility. Scheduling is coordinated in your service agreement, including any after-hours or emergency availability.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, service names, photography, and page layouts—is owned by CleanworksPNW or used with permission and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial evaluation of our services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without our prior written consent.

Third-party links and content

This Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, Google Maps, Instagram, or industry resources) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing those sites is at your own risk, and their separate terms and privacy policies will apply.

Disclaimer of warranties

This Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanworksPNW disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful elements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanworksPNW and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of (or inability to use) this Site or reliance on any information it contains. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Washington State law.

Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to this Site or our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, for the resolution of any such dispute.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
